I Cannot Process Images
Hi there,
without sounding really stupid, I cannot processes any images.
I have just got this version put onto my laptop and cannot do this simple process!! I am flummoxed as to what could possible be wrong.
The recipe is enabled, the folder is selected (and obviously the image 😊 ) but it is just not working... grrrrr please please help me!!
Such as an after thought does it make any difference if all the files were imported as JPEGS??

Maybe you run in DB mode, that is Capture One DB 6 (not Pro or Express). Check from Capture One menu, About. 0 -
Got it sorted!!!

Please share the solution, I'm having the same problem and cannot figure out what's going on. I've tried restarting the app and the computer, creating new recipes, processing from different folders to different locations, processing from older sessions... nothing works. Everything was working fine before today.
The only thing out of the ordinary was I browsed the Capture folder with Bridge 4.0.5.11, selected 5 images and processed an HDR using Photoshop HDR Pro. Thinking this might have caused an issue with the Capture folder, I tried processing from a previous session to no avail.
MacBook Pro 10.7.4
Capture One Pro 6.4.20 -
I was able to fix the problem. I went into the user prefs and deleted 'com.phaseone.captureone.plist'. You loose some of your settings, but the processing fired right up. 0 -
I'm struggling too!
Could you explain where this 'com.phaseone.captureone.plist' thing is in more detail?0 -
Ok so I found where you meant....
User>Library>Preferences>com.phaseone.captureone.plist
I deleted it but the processing still doesn't work!0 -
I re-started Capture One and it works 😊 0
