When licensing Capture One, is the license tied to the "machine/cpu" being used, or to the profiles/accounts on the machine being used?

I have 3 profiles on my Mac and am wondering if I license Capture One, will the software only run on the profile I was logged in with (and licensed with), and fail on the other profiles?

    The activation is tied to unique hardware, not unique user.
