Batch auto exposure problems

I have noticed that PhaseOne files can be autocorrected in batches, but my Canon files cannot. Has anyone else experienced this same problem? For instance, with PhaseOne files, in any session, you can select as many as you wish and correct them all with a single click of the autocorrect button. Very helpful. With Canon (and I assume any other non Phase files), you must do each file individually. Not so fun. When I have 3000+ files, it would save me half a day of mindless clicking. Can anyone advise on this?
By the way, I am not speaking of the method where you correct one and "apply to selected", but full individual autocorrect. Thanks!

    Hi Ronny:

    I just tested this on my Canon files and it works fine. Make sure you have "operate on all selected images" checked under Tool Operation in the General Preferences sections. It's the last part of the window.
