C1P 11 is crashing and can't open it.
Im not able to open and use C1P 11 at all. All I did was changing the Admin account since the original one have issues. C1P 12 demo worked fine but I have no idea why is it happening. I can't open it!

You can do a couple of things.
1. Start with the Alt-key pressed, will refrain CO11 from opening a session or catalog. If the crash is determined by that document, then you can start troubleshooting with a working version of CO11.
2. If that does not help, do a clean installation of CO11.
3. Open a support case and send in the logs.0 -

I don't know what you have changed, but if more applications are not working properly, or your macOS setup in general, a clean install of your entire system is better. An in-between solution is to create a new user and work from there.0
