    Hi Sean,

    One potential cause might be that you run CO8 in a mode that is not compatible or suitable for your images. Go to Capture One menu > About to check.
    If you run CO DB 8 or CO Express (for Sony) or CO Pro (for Sony), and you have Nikon or Canon files (for example), deactivate from the Capture One menu > License and start the program again. On startup select the right mode.
