Pastel colour grading in C1

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to do pastel colour grading in C1, specifically in the Asian style such as seen in the example in the link below. I believe the way to do it is via the colour adjustment wheels, but don't seem to quite figure it out. Any tips or ideas would be hugely appreciated.
