How to restore from a backup?

I have a small problem with one of my Capture One Catalogues and wish to use the backup file I have as that has no problems.

I can't find a way to quickly, and easily, restore my original files from the Capture One Backups.

If I copy across the Adjustments folder from the Capture One Backups to the Capture One Catalogues nothing changes.

I also notice that the file I'm after in the Capture One Backup is 12MB in size but the same file in the Capture One Catalogues is 15.8MB; is that because the file in the Capture One Backups is compressed?

So what is the correct method for restoring the files in the Capture One Catalogues with the files in the Capture One Backups?

  Close the catalog. Copy the backup catalog database file over the existing database file. Open the catalog.
