Are all of the original files and any Outputs contained within the Session folder structure?
If so you should be able to copy the entire session over by copy the top level folder.
If some or all of the files are outside the session folder structure you would be able to copy the session over and then decide the best way to link to the original files and their edits. If the files are on a network and shared by both computers and bot computers are running Windows then one would expect, all permissions being in place, that things would work.
If not there may be a need to recreate an Favourite folder links. It's probably best to only attempt to discuss this if the need arises. There are so many potential variables tat to describe everything "just in case it applies" is likely unhelpful at this point.

Thanks Grant,
Yes I have the complete folder, but when I move the folder to an other computer with Capture One on it how do I import the session so that Capture One recognizes that particular session?

Just open it. No importing required.
From C1 simply say you want to open a session and navigate to the folder and the cosessiondb file within it.
If C1 is not running do the same navigation thing and click the cosessiondb file and if should start C1 using Windows Associations.
If you check in the Preferences for the "General" section there is a sub-section for 'Catalog and Session' that asks whether you want to "Open in a new WIndow?" If you tick that you can open more that one session/catalog at the same time and you may find that useful. However there is absolutely no need to IMPORT a session under the concept of copying a whole session that you have referred to above.
If you use a catalog things are different in a few ways but even then if the catalog is a free standing 'thing' then no import is necessarily required.
