Partial Sharpening

I've noticed that sometimes Capture One misses sharpening parts of an image. Processing it a second time seems to fix the issue. Anyone else have this problem?

The upper half should be sharpened like the lower half.

RAW file reprocessed, now the sharpening has been applied to the entire image.
