I think that using a different lens profile is unlikely to work. First, do you need a profile? Only if you see distortions etc that need correcting. Second, if you would like Phase One to consider supporting this lens, ask them to do it by submitting a support case. They will gauge whether to obtain a sample of the lens to analyse, and create a profile, by how many users express the need for it.

Is it really possible to create a generic lens correction definition for a T&S lens, other than in non-T&S mode?

I assume you can do something should you wish to but would it give a result that adds anything, realistically, to adjustments that might be felt necessary due to T or S specifics anyway?

Well, as far as I experienced, the TS 1mm f4 almost needs no correction when centred, and if tilted you can not apply any profile.

Because, the software can not know how much the lens has been tilted. Maybe some manufacturers will release tilt lens which record their "position" in the metadata. AFAIK, it does not exist..

    Hello folks,
since a long time I wanted to ask why in the camera lenses profiles of capture one 11 there i no lens correction for the tilt&shift canon 17 mm. I use a lot this lens for interior design stuff, and some times I really need this feature!! So I wanted also ask you if I can use another lens profile for my 17mm?? Some ideas??

    thanks
