    Here is the quickest fix:

    Step #2 and Step #3 (step 3 you likely only need to delete the "Batch Queue").

    Hi Drew,
    Thanks for replying. I tried your suggestions, but encountered the same crashing issues when trying to process an image. I then followed the rest of the instructions, uninstalling capture one completely. However, after doing this I tried to reinstall it using my original software disc (this is 3.7.3) as soon as i clicked install, capture one just crashes, I then downloaded a more up to date version, but as soon as click install, it just crashes again.
    My mac is running on OSX 10.5.8
    Do you have any suggestions?
