Catch 22 on 3.7.8 installation
Just purchased a Phase One kit with Capture One software second hand and tried to instal 3.7.8 for Windows. (Previous owner deactivated his licence.) C1 won't instal on my machine because I'm running 64 bit Vista, which it says isn't supported. I've tried to chase down documents cited on the forum, but all give me 404 ("Document not found") errors. So the Catch 22 is that I need to instal 3.7.8 before I can upgrade, but can't instal 3.7.8. Any ideas?

For Vista 64 download 5.0.1 which will allow tethering in 64 bit OS.. then run in DB mode (which is full featured and free for phase backs). Please note that licenses cannot be transferred so If you received a used Pro key you will not be able to use it. If you received a DB key, it is no longer needed as we added DB mode to the software which does not require activation. You should also download the updated 64 bit tethering driver.

hmmm... link works for me. If all else fails type 1226 in to the search box on the phase one website and select the knowlegebase tab. 0
