Application not starting on Ver 10.4.11

I have installed the new Capture One 4.6.1 on both my Powerbook G4 and Mac Pro, I click the Capture One icon in the applications folder but the software will not start. Any Ideas why this may be happening.

    CO 4.5 and later are only supported on Intel Mac with Leopard (10.5.5 or later). Some users have reported positive experience with PowerMac G5 machines, again with Leopard. A G4 with Tiger is not expected to run at all, I am afraid.
