I've read that there is the same issue with intuos on Win 8 64 bits. If someone has a solution for intuos I think it will work for all pen devices. The problem seems to be windows 8 and C1 and not wacom. It works perfectly on LR/ACR/Photoshop.

Have you done a search here on the forum already? IIRC the topic has been covered a few times.

This sounds like an windows 8 issue. You need to disable "Click and hold" in W8. (and while you're at it, disable as much Windows tablet functionality as possible from the same menu)

    Thanks it works !

That would even more perfect if I could remove the little animation that occures when I remove the wacom pen from a slider or button.

Agreed! It's pretty annoying, so if you find a W8 solution, please share it here in the forum.

No problem. But I didn't find it yet... It doesn't happen in any other softwares like photoshop, why ?

What does the animation look like?

I have a pre-Bamboo tablet that presents some strange things on screen when using Win7 Ultimate but with a Touchscreen monitor. I assumed the graphics were to do with touchscreens (or software related to touchscreen use) which might explain Win 8 issues even when no touch screen is in use.

Maybe there is a setting in Win 8 related to Touchscreens that can be turned off and stop the graphic? Guessing here - people may already have looked. Could be in the Wacom software.

It looks like a little circle that grows and disappears.

    I had the same problem.
the reason for is not CO but the tablet PC feature.

The fastet way to disable that feature ist:

    run cmd

    and type in the command:

    dism /online /disable-feature:TabletPCOC

It needs a couple of seconds, then you have to reboot and voila!
    Worked great on my system

    /Günther

    EDIT: warning, be patient!

It takes a while to get the job done, wait for the reboot message.
    It looks like this:

Tool zur Abbildverwaltung für die Bereitstellung
    Version: 6.1.7600.16385

    Abbildversion: 6.1.7600.16385

    Funktionen werden deaktiviert
    [==========================100.0%==========================]
    Der Vorgang wurde erfolgreich beendet.
Zum Abschließen dieses Vorgangs muss Windows neu gestartet werden.
Möchten Sie den Computer jetzt neu starten (J/N)?

This doesn't remove the ripples though.

On my system it removed the animation (circle) and the feeling the slider is glued and has to be broken out first (delay) bevor gliding
