Did you try deleting the .c1p files from the preview directory? I saw in another post that you found the location of these files. If you delete them they will be recreated the next time Capture One opens that collection. Just be sure to not touch the matching .c1w files. They hold the image processing settings.

Yes, that s what i did, and the same thing happens again.
Also i found that if i try to open the files with Nikon Capture 4.4.4 the sofware hangs up,.
So what i did this: i connected the CF card to the reader and try to open the same picture directly from the CF with nikon capture and the picture comes out perfectly.
    ¿¿¿!!!!????
So, i think that there might be some bug or something with C1 PRO thats corrupts my files... this is very frustrating i really enjoy working with c1 pro.

My next step is to delete everything from my Hard Disk (the recent photos, and the preview files) and re load the CF cards into the Hard Disk, making the previews all over again and see what happen.

    Any other idea?

Thank You Christopher for your help.

    Juan,

Believe you will see that if you take image files directly from CF cards to hard
drive to Session in Capture One, Without using any other program, you will have no problems with images Thumbnails, Previews, and RAWs.

Capture One does not and cannot corrupt RAW image files.
It handles them as Read Only.

Previews and Thumbnails should rebuild fine if deleted from the Preview Cache.
It is ok to delete the Thumbnails/.C1w files if you have not done very much image adjustments yet. You will have to start over with these adjustments.
Another option is to create a whole New Session and move RAW files to this one for newly created Thumbnails/.C1w and Previews/.C1p

    Cheers,
    k c

Well, I still have my doubts about whats really happens.

Thinking this in a logical way, the problem may start at the download process from de the card reader to the PC because i ve just tryed to read one of the files directly from the CF with nikon capture and its opened normally.

Could be the problem that i was using Phase One and Nikon View at the same time?.

    This thing is killing me,.

And please let me be clear about all of this i am not complaining about Phase One PRO i really think that it is the best RAW WORKFLOW editing software ever built and i found it really comfortable to work with.

    Keith thank you again,

    Best Regards.

I have just REDOWNLOADED the files from the CF, previously i deleted the preview files on C1, and the others raw files.
It seems to be a problem if you browse with NIKON VIEW and C1 at the same time, this operation corrupted me some RAW files, hopefully i didnt deleted the CF`s and i can download it again.

Thank you everybody for your time, and remember it is nor recommended to browse file with 2 different raw editors at the same time.
