Media Pro 1.0.1. still not start!
Still after updating to Media Pro 1.0.1 Trial Mac version there is no sign of
launch. Same experiences as here:
viewtopic.php?f=43&t=10891
All tricks (deinstalling EM 2/ iView etc.) didn´t help.
Very strange and unusual for an application. Never had this before with any program. Interesting
that EM 2 is working without any problems even on OSXLion. For me a hint for a more
fundamental programming issue.
My equipment:
13" MacBook 2,1 (late 2006) / 2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo / Mac OS X Lion 10.7 (11A511) / 3GB RAM
The problems have been experienced also with OSX Snow before upgrading to OSX Lion.
Any suggestions for help?
Thanks...

Hi,
It can mean that Media Pro encounters an environment (data) not okay. In other words, there is, may be, a data, and not a program or library, which is not okay or not as expected by MP1. Such data are found somewhere inside the Home directory quite always. Sorry, I know a little Macs, but never used MP1 on it, and do not have today a Mac here.
Can you try to:
- put away (in a safe place of course but not discoverable by MP1) your catalog(s) ?
- put away all other data dirs made by MP1 in your home or... where are customer plugins for example, I don't know.
- try to connect with another account if possible ?
What about logs (Messages file or any other logs) ? They can tell you a lot of things.
And did you log a case to support ?
Best Regards,0
