Process Multiple Files to Multiple Folders

Hi, if I have 10 different shots folders inside my capture folder and I want to process low-res of each one at the same time how can I retain the folder structure? like Capture > Shot01 to Processed > Shot01, Capture > Shot02 to Processed > Shot02 and so on at the same time. Is it possible or do I have to create a process recipe with a given sub folder and process each folder content one by one? Thanks.

    If you have the Pro version you can set the processed folder as a subfolder to the image folder (Output tool tab > Process Recipe tool > Advanced tab > Root Folder feature -> Image Folder).

    Or you could create a process recipe for each shot folder and as you go to process shot-2 you tick shot-2 process recipe. This is what I did for some time until I got sick of it coz I would forget from time to time. Then I wrote theOrganised app that I run on the process folder and it separates the files in to shot folders for me. It uses an offset of _ so if the file is shot-01_001.tif its moved to a folder called shot-01 but you need to remember this when setting up the capture naming because shot_01_001.tif will be moved to shot folder rather than shot_01. I probably should rewrite it now so I could run it from the scripts menu in C1 but it works and ......
