4.8.3 Upgrade version - problem with installation

I tried to install the new update 4.8.3 on both computers. One is with Vista and the other one is with XP.

In both cases, an error message appear and the installation cannot be done.

Here is a print screen of the "french" error message :

    I suggest to uninstall the previous installation (Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs) first. Next, install the 4.8.3.
    If the error message persist, download the 4.8.3 again.
