Phase One Support Server
I have been having issues lately connecting to Support. I started a support case and got back an email with a link.
When I use that link to connect to my case I get a yellow application error message.
The same happens if I go through the web site. Is it me or have others experienced the same.
This has happened a few times recently. I wonder if something needs to be done to beef up the server.

Hi Lanny
If you go back to where you posted your support case, you should be able to see the reply from the Phase guys…0 -
Thanks Nicolas,
I have tried this but I can't connect to support no matter which way I try.
I was hoping that someone from PhaseOne would see this and tell me if they are having server problems or not.

Lanny,
Tested your account and no issues from an outside network logging in with your credentials. I think you should try to reset your Web Browser or use another application. Jakub's response is waiting for you.0 -
I tried on safari and Firefox and get the same message.
here is what I see
Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>
Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->
<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>0 -
After resetting Safari I was able to reach the support site. I'm not sure what as going on but I'm glad to say it's working now.
Thanks,
Lanny0
