How long to 5.0.3?

    Conor,
    Constant Crashing has diminished to near zero with Capture One 5 and the iterations since. The remaining users that have had issues with crashing since have all had system issues or corruption in there machine that we could not possibly account for. If you have created a Support Case then I assure you it has been answered in well under 24 hours (save for Sunday). We'll get to the bottom of the crashes and I hope we can restore your confidence.

    Thanks for replying. As yet I have not received a response from support. I've checked my spam folder and there's nothing there either.

    Can you chase this for me?

    Shall I lodge another case?

    Crashing was only occasional until this last update. Other than apple's updates, the 5.0.2 update is the only significant change to my system in that time. No other programs are behaving unusually. I'm no programmer but the evidence would suggest that it's c1 that is the problem and not greater system irregularities.

    I look forward to this being resolved.

    I chased it down and, unfortunately there is nothing to chase. It seems there was never a case submitted. If you try to submit a case and there is now confirmation with a case number, it didn't go through.

    I will submit another case (no 69598).

    I submitted a few of the crash reports a few days ago. Can you see those?

    I'll look at the case tomorrow (yawn) but you'll likely get a response from Jakub tonight. If you submitted crash reports we can likely track them down but it's an extra step, if you added your email that is. If you have them on your machine you can attach them to the case and that's certainly a step faster.
