Software Activation very annoyed Dead Link to support
Well well I paid for my software and now I can't use it and I can't open a support case becuase it's a dead link!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. i have reached the Activation Limit on my Phaseone 5.0 Software .Okay i admit it it was my fault....This is because I have reinstalled my Computer after it crashed.Then I decided to rebulid it with Windows 7 andthen a few days later I decided to reinstall windows 7 with a Raid "0" for the system to enable a faster machine, I did however FORGET ( Iam only Hunman) to deactivate the software before reformatting the Disk. I am now requesting that I am allowed to reactivate my software as i am given a Activation denied message when I try.I would also like to point out that your website does not allow me to open Support case as when I click on the link "looking for help actuivating your software"

I would be grateful if someone could sort this problem out for me.I can assure you I have only one copy of the software and it runs on only one Computer and I have paid for the software and need it to further my Photgraphy. Modelbase.ch/mrsogmor I would be grateful if you would reactivate my ability to activate the software.

Okay I have now deactivated the two previous Activations on the Website.I will attempt to activate it at home this evening when I get back.I can only hope it will finally work
