Import from Lightroom ?

I tried importing a Lightroom catalog which works fine but there are a couple of problems with the adjustments.

1) The reset adjustments arrow shows but doesn't do anything, so I'm guessing they were adjusted at the time of the import.
2) The adjustments are way off in comparison giving a dramatic difference. Is there any way to tone them down to get a more similar look ?

Also, is there a setting that automatically applies any adjustments to a photo when importing ?

    Apart from basic adjustments such as cropping, Lightroom's adjustments are not compatible with Capture One's algorithms and therefore not imported.

    If you tick autoadjust in the import dialog, then yes.
