captur one change to black & white

I need your help to correct this. I download the images to new file and open up images to capure one and all the images come out black & white instead color. How I can get this back to color as it sure be!

    Joe,

    If all of your Thumbnails and Previews show in B&W, then check what is set at the Workflow > Color Management Settings display
    At the Output destination (Working Space) will be a profile. This is most likely one of the grayscales or one of the new Phase One Effects B&W

    Remember, the color space set here is what you are soft proofing with in Capture One. All Thumbnails and Previews will be displayed in this space.
    Most set Adobe RGB (1998) or sRGB here and output to this Destination at the Process tab.
