PSD files are shown as white images
Hi there,
I downloaded the free trial version of Capture One and have difficulties with displaying PSD files. When first opening the folder that contains PSD files, the images are shown properly. But when the rendering process finished all PSD images become purley white.
Also when clicking on one of these images the image is shown in the viewer as only white.
The PSD files only contain two layers: the background layer with an image and the second layer contains also the image but created by a Nik Plugin.
Can you please have look into this?

Thank you for your answer. I opened a case at support page.
Without a Nik filter the PSD shows normal. Even when I apply a Nik filter it seems that it sometimes works. I'm not sure if the Nik filter causes the problem or something else.0 -
Were the .psd files that work saved with Maximize compatibility turned on? Or will turning it on fix your issue? Just something to check I have not experienced your problem... 0 -
Compatibility mode solved the issue but with this mode on the file size increased a lot. 0 -
That is good news.
As for file size - as the saying goes - do you want your files small or working?0
