Media Pro Import Crash
I have been using iView and EM for many years. Am now trying media Pro and not having any success:
1. Trying to import basic JPGs into a new catalogue does not work. MP crashes and/or gives this message: "No importer found for media file" -2008
2. DNGs do import but show small previews and not full previews as generated in EM (all fine there).
3. Importing an EM catalogue seems to work but the previews are missing and the Media pane shows thumbnails.
It is on XP SP3
I was unable to find a way to access support directly. The website directs me to irrelevant information about media backs, etc. So, I hope to hear the official answers here or hear an advice on how to send this over to Support people.
Thank you.
