Capture One Pro 9.1 problem - please help

I downloaded C1 Pro 9.1 tonight and I'm having a problem. Downloaded with no problem, opened up, imported images all without a problem, processed two images without a problem, but then on the third image it locked up and will not budge. It locked up when I clicked on the Chromatic Aberation button. I can move the mouse but nothing works. I tried closing out the program and it won't close out either, even when using the right click on the task bar and choosing Close the Program.

It's a new computer, using Windows 7 Pro with 16 GB RAM, if that makes any difference. My video card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 and my processor is an Intel i7-6700. I uninstalled Capture One 6.4 before installing C1 Pro 9.1.

This sounds similar to what happened to me recently, see:

I have raised a support case and uploaded a zip file containing all the CO log files and hope the support team can figure out what is happening.

So far it has only happened to me once since installing v9.1
