Batch rename = crash

About every other time that I use the batch rename command, C1 crashes. Of course I can grade and cull images outside C1 and then rename them before starting to work in C1 but that is not very efficient.

Or I could rename them outside C1. Which is a bit of a disaster given the Capture One shadow folders will all those .cop and other files.

Or Phase One could fix the batch rename crash. I've sent in about a million of those crash reports by now so "lack of data" is not what stops the problem from being addressed.

My question: is this something that is being worked on?
