No Users Guide for Capture Pro 9 (Sony)?

Just checked out the product documentation page for Capture One and notice that 8 is the last version that has a User's Guide. That's surprising.

Am I missing much if I refer to this for learning Capture Pro 9 for Sony?

    As a fellow Capture One Pro 9 (for Sony) user, I find the regular Pro 9 guides work just fine. I don't think I've noticed any difference between Pro 9 (the webinars) and Pro 9 (for Sony) (my own use), only in the Express version (which I didn't even bother with after watching a couple webinars).

    Are there differences between the Pro 8 and Pro 8 (for Sony) guides? If not, I would think we'd be safe using the regular Pro 9 one.

    The only differences between the Pro for Sony and Pro versions are that "for Sony" only support Sony RAW files and has a lower price.

    The OP's question is whether the user guide for version EIGHT applies to version NINE.

    I would say the basic functionalities haven't changed much, to the v8 user guide can be used, and you can additionally watch the webinar about v9 new features.

    I've only just noticed, but the PDF user guide for Capture One 9 is available for download at the top of the usual page:



    The document properties say it was modified 21/07/2016.
