Problem activating C1 4 on windows XP Home
Hi I'm having trouble activating C1 4, I keep getting the error message -Object reference not set to an instance on an object.
I've tried the Phase one website troubleshooting, seems to show screen capture shots of either Vista or XP Professional (?) - not a lot of help.
I've installed with admin rights, given access in Norton Firewall for Phaseone, got AMD athlon with 2Ghz, 2Gb ram & plenty of HDD space.
PLEASE, has anyone installed with this set-up, or can give me some advice?

Just to be sure: do you have installed the 4.0.1.14900 maintenance update (4.0.1 for short)?0
