Moving sessions from laptop to desktop

I do a lot of tethered shooting to my laptop. I store the images in a session. I do make edits to the images on the laptop. what is the easiest way to sync the desktop C1P with the laptop including all the changes?

  dunno about syncing but I just copy the entire session folder over and go from there.
