Do you have your images imported in a catalog, with the images stored outside the catalog (option 'Current Location' during import)? If yes, is the storage location online or offline? If offline, bring it back online before you process (preferably before you open the catalog).

    Hi Paul,
Thanks for your reply. All my files are available, but actually, it doesn't matter if I run via catalog or session. I can export images which seems to be doing something similar to processing. The files I am trying to work are file that were imported to my computer months ago using V6. I tried opening the old sessions, opening a new session, etc.

Well here is how this problem was fixed for me. I added the Batch Tab to the workspace and then all of a sudden this flood of images started processing. I had looked for a place to enable the que. Didn't older versions of C1 have a menu item to enable or stop the que? Didn't find it in C1 v7 but adding the batch tab worked. Hmmm.. maybe a bug there.

    I think I'd file a support case.

The batch tool tab has always been a necessity as far as I can remember. Removing it will halt processing.

I'm having the same issues but in my case my imac went to sleep and would not wake upon restart the batch would not restart I then deleted the entire processing batch and history and now I see a pencil with yellow line through it. indicating offline? but the files are on the desktop with the session.

I'm very frustrated taking so much time dealing with all the BS...
