A quick tip for massively improving NAS performance with C1
I think there must have been an update during the last few days that somewhat changed the interaction between the Windows Security system and CaptureOne, especially when using a NAS drive.
Even though the drive itself is excluded from being scanned (which by itself improved the performance substantially) it was still much slower than before and lagged a lot more than it did in December.
Somehow it seems that the Windows AntiMalware-Process scanned all the files accessed by CaptureOne which slowed down Network access a lot (while C1 only took about 30mbit/s Windows AntiMalware took more than 100mbit/s at times and also increased lags and response time)
Therefore I also excluded "CaptureOne.exe" and "CaptureProcess.exe" in my Windows Defender Anti-Virus scan.
Now the performance is back on top again and AntiMalware does not use any Network traffic when C1 is used to edit files! 0 lags and instantly opened files!
I hope this helps everyone else who's struggling and doesn't know what else to do!
