What use would this have? Well, I'd use it to simulate DOF or put accent on certain details.

Lightroom has a 'negative sharpness' in addition to 'negative clarity' which renders great.

Example of something close to what I'd love to be able to do in C1 without having to switch to Photoshop:

    Agree 'negative sharpness' is something I'm missing to.

    Negative Structure does blur. It's the closest I have found. Negative clarity doesn't really blur because the 'radius' is too large.
