Is there a tech support Telephone contact ?

If anyone has a C1 tech support contact please reply to this message. I have used the tech support on the web site, but am not happy with the responses. Its almost as though tey just post an answer to keep you happy but dont actually resolve anything.

    Phone support is currently not available for our software customer, only for our digital back owners.
    If you are not happy with the answer you receive in a support case then please tell us so in the case so we can help you in the way you want to be helped.

    Is there any way to contact support?
    Online chat, telephone, skype, whatapp?
    My Capture One has been deactivated (I don't know why?) and I can't activate it back!
    There is no information about it and as I'm trying to manage my profile I got into the loop (activate account via email, trying to activate it, and it doesn't work and I need to reactivate it again).
    Please help!

    This is where you create a Support Case.

    If you are a Phase One camera user you have other routes available.

    Are you a subscription customer or do you have a perpetual license?

    If perpetual license do have a recent upgrade to C21 that may be a factor of some sort?

    You have posted this in a part of the forum for very old versions - does that mean you had been using an activation for a very old version?
