Could not preload file problem

Hi, I have the same problem

"When I process a large number of files, only the first image is processed. Or, I cannot apply adjustments to a large number of images at one time. Could not preload file just appears."

but solution written down there doesnt work at all. Can you help me?

    I also am experiencing the "could not preload file" error message when trying to process images. It seems to be connected to using presets because if I reset the adjustments they process just fine. My suspicion is that there is a bug causing the latest version of C1 to fail when processing older presets. Hopefully someone from the C1 team can chime and let us know if this is a known problem. It's definitely causing a bottleneck in my workflow at the moment. Thanks.
