I just wanted to say Thank You. I find Paul to be a wonderful and generous member here. Most of the time he is around with suggestions on how to resolve issues that we face. He also does it with a cool head and remains humble in his replies.
Ulf and Jon, being staff of Phase One may or may not answer here since this is a member-to-member board. So for those who are new to this board, please be aware you are posting here with the hope that a fellow member is able and willing to help you. Many times, I find people think they can just come here and vent their anger at Phase One but in reality it's a waste of time. Instead, just ask for help nicely and hopefully the community here will share their experience and give you the needed guidance.
All the best and once again, if you guys find Paul_E to have been helpful, vote him for President. oops, I've just realized Obama has won that one...

I am totally agree with your comment.
He is an extremely helpful member. He not only experienced in all aspect of Phase One, the most importance are he help nicely; response to your issues quickly and remains humble. In my opinion, I would say he is an important asset in the community!
No doubt, I definitely vote Paul to be our President!
