Crash and lost HR images

Greetings
I was adding some metadata to a bunch of files when C1 crashed. It sent a report and upon opening all my images are now heavily pixellated. The activity wheel is constantly spinning, as if it was creating new images but nothing changes. What to do?
Is there a log to see what report it sent out so I can post it here?

    Normally when this occurs to me on set, I remedy it thusly:

    Prefs>disable all OpenCL
    Change folders
    Return to folder that was not drawing previews correctly.

    If that doesn't work:
    Quit C1
    Clear cache (library/caches/com.phaseone.****). Trash 'em all with the com.phaseone.
    Reopen C1
    It'll probably reset all your prefs/layouts to default, but the previews should draw.

    If you right click on the images in the browser of C1 and hit "Show in Finder", you should see the files are still there and their original file size. If I'm understanding you correctly, it is a matter of C1 not drawing the previews rather than C1 "losing" your files.

    I think you meant deleting the preferences, not the cache, unless I misunderstood.

    The path to the preferences is:

    ~/Library/Preferences/com.phaseone.captureone7.*.plist

    And the path to the caches is:

    ~/Library/Caches/com.phaseone.captureone7/Cache.db

    Yes, my mistake. I usually end up trashing them both if I get to that point. Your filepaths are correct Paul.
