Adding images to the batch queue
For the life of me, I can't figure out how to add images to the batch queue (version 5.0.1). Certainly drag and drop doesn't work. Nor does select. What am I missing?
Thanks in advance.

Try highlighting in 'gallery' and then click the tab at the bottom of the process window on the left.

Use the process function. There is a shortcut (Ctrl+D), or through the File menu, the cog wheel in the toolbar, Process button in several tools...0 -

Oh yes, the Ctrl+D shortcut... - on nearly every other piece of software I use this 'Deselects All' - You can guess what I do sometimes when using C1 [correct, I add all the selected images to the batch queue and then have to stop it pretty quick! 🤬 ]0 -

Well Kevin, if Ctrl+D bothers you, why not change it into something that fits you more? Dig into the Preferences, Commands and you're set. No need to complain.0 -

Have tried that Paul and get this error:
"The Default Sets Cannot Be Overwritten" - That's my 'complaint' 😊

Kevin, create a custom set with the Duplicate button first. Next, change the key assignment in that custom set, not in the default set.0 -
Many many thanks Paul! - I'm sure if I read the manual I might have found this out.... 🤭
Sorry to go off topic.0 -
I have no problem with processing one image at a time, but what about processing multiple images, is there a quicker way than having to (repeatedly) click "process" for each individual image?
In other words, is there a way to add MULTIPLE images to be processed? For the life of me, I can't figure this out! It should be something simple, except it's not. ☹️
When I highlight multiple images, THEN hit "process," it seems only the first selected image is processed.0 -

In the most recent versions of CO 4 & 5 it is the Edit Primary Only toggle that prevents/allows you to act on multiple selected images. Switch it off (the button with a "1" in the toolbar or through the Edit menu or keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shft+E).
In earlier versions of CO4 it was the Shift-key modifier you need to press along with the command. That's history, forget about it (but maybe still in the user guide..?).0 -
Thanks Paul, that worked. Your knowledge of C1 is utterly remarkable. You are not the programmer, are you? 0 -

Thanks Can for the nice remark. Not a programmer no, just a regular guy who lives next door. 😉0
