The color Red posterizing in shadows
is anyone out there having trouble with the color red posterizing.
Capture one 4.x and 5.0
shooting red colored fabric on a mannequin and the shadow areas are posterizing. I have no other effects or adjustments on.
has anyone found a work around or had this problem. please help

Can be raw file type related. You are using...(camera model)? 0 -
H20 and a P25 they both have the red issue. 0 -
that's interesting. I just processed some Canon 5DMarkII files of an interior shoot and the shadows had alot of banding. Haven't had a chance to reprocess. I noticed it in photoshop after applying a lightening curve. i don't have V4 anymore to compare the 2 conversions. 0 -
I'm getting issues with red casts in C1 Pro 5.
And red posterizing in shadows, i had a girl in a pink top and once processed was massively over saturated, as soon as i desaturated the Red 2 channel in photoshop i got all the detail back and the colour was back to normal.
Fix Please!!!0 -
