Open CL
Hi,
the Moiré Mask doesn't work when I process my pictures with open CL.
In the program screen I can see how it works but after processing there is still the Moiré.
This problem is only on my Mac Pro 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5 (AMD FirePro D300 2048 MB), Yosemite.
On my Laptop (Yosemite) I haven't got this problem.
I already made a Apple Hardware Diagnostic and the Graphic Cards are o.k.
The Phase One technical support wasn't able to solve the problem. They wrote at the end of the support case:
"Thank you for the feedback. Please continue to use the software with the OpenCL set to Never.
Kind Regards,
Phase One Support" 😂
Does anyone have the same problem or does somebody know a solution? 😕
Thanks

I would use the your Laptop or the Mac Pro with OpenCL turned off. (Assuming I had no other way of avoiding unacceptable moiré).
That would seem to be the most sensible approach.
Maybe if only some of your images are affected my moiré you could collect them together and batch those without OpenCL (on the desktop machine) and turn OpenCL on for the your other processing?
Presumably at some point Apple, Intel, AMD or Phase will find a solution and all will be well again.
HTH.
