Thanks, but I have some questions:
1. Why should I have to delete the cookies, when I have never had to do this with any previous C1 updates
2. How do I delete the cookies?

In your web browser go to privacy (for firefox) or security (for safari) settings in the preferences and search for phaseone.com in the cookies.
Not sure why you need to this time.
Also I'm getting an error saying that there is a update available even though I'm running 5.2.1??0 -
I'm getting the same notice that I have software updates available even though I'm running 5.2.1.
Just for giggles I've tried reinstalling twice but it won't go away. Anyone have any success getting rid of this?
Thx,

In the meantime, you may disable the "check for update" in the prefs…0 -

Which is the same thing? Currently this thread has mentioned two distinctly separate issues, the website load error as per the OP (fixed by deleting cookies in your browser) and the "Update Prompt" for 5.2.1 despite already running 5.2.1 (still under investigation as it is not a universal issue).0 -
I think I have a similar update issue.

Not sure why it is happening on some and not others. If a few of you could create support cases we can try to dig deeper. 0 -

Also created a support case, and I really hope this annoying problem can be solved.0 -
Thanks everyone for for bringing to our attention. This has been resolved and was a simple typo on our end. 0 -
Great! What's the fix? Can I turn update notification back on yet? 0 -

Well, if you have the guts to do that, go for it!!!
With other words, the answer is yes. The fix was on the Phase One server side.0
