Synchronizing many annotations - best practice

Let's say I make some annotations in the metadata for several files here and there.
The next day I wish to see these annotations in Capture One (and in developed files sent to Photoshop).
Naturally I have to use the action "Sync Annotations..." within Media Pro 1.

I know how to use that command, but now to my question:
Any suggestions on how to do this if I have made changes to many files and I don't remember which ones? Let's say at the end of the day I wish to synchronize all files I have edited during that day. Can I find them? Because it seems unnecessary to do it on ALL files in the catalog just to be sure?

I am sure there is some clever way that I have overlooked as a beginner.
Any suggestions on workflow practice is welcome. 😊

  If you go to the "List" view you will see a table of images with various attributes beside them. If you right click on the column headings you will get a list of the various fields that can be shown here. There will be a tick against fields already display. You might need to scroll down a bit but there is a field called "Annotated". If you click on this then a new column will be added to the display. You can drag the various columns left or right in to the order you want.
  
  If you click on a column heading it will sort the images for you. Click again and it will reverse the order. Images with no date will not have been annotated, at least not within Media Pro.
  
  Now all you need to do is remember when you started working and then select all images since that time and sync the annotations to the images.
  
  Of course there are caveats...
  
  In the iView days this field wasn't getting updated correctly for all annotations. I can't remember which way round it was but it either worked for direct annotations but not when an image was dragged to a keyword or the reverse. I raised this as a support bug with the iView team and it was "fixed" for the next release. I only remember testing it for the specific problem I was having and so can't be sure it works for all possible annotation scenarios. The second caveat is that hopefully Phase One haven't "fixed" this since they took over. I'm a bit more organised in my annotation now so know which images I've done recently!

  Maybe someone can make a script wich does this (select all images annotated today)?
  (I'm not that a developer myself)

  I've learnt something new today!
  
  You don't need a script, which is good as you need two versions to keep everyone happy!
  
  It is already possible to search for images based on the Annotation Date using the Find tool. You select "On", "Before" or "After" and select a date. The date selection is a bit clunky now but it appears to work.
  
  There's quite a few more fields you can search on than I recall, and the search context varies according to what you are searching on e.g. you can search on annotation size and select the textual equivalent of =, <, >, <= and =>.
  
  Now if only there was some decent documentation for all this...

  Did you know it's possible to save the search query also?
  This option is interesting when it's necessary to adjust a lot of settings.
  Just click the wheel next to the + and - in the find screen.
