Focus tool as in 3.7.9 PLEASE!!!

    the focus tool from 3.7.9 is extremely important when shooting tethered to quickly check focus without having to let the entire frame resolve to 100 percent in the main window.
    hurry up and sort 4.5 out!!!

    Here is yet another request for the Focus Tool as it was in 3.7.9 Pro. In the meantime....

    At OPF, Leonardo Barretto found that, when double clicking with the hand tool in 4.5 Pro (bringing the image to 100%), and then (on the Mac) control-clicking on the image, it brings up a small free floating navigator window that hovers in the foreground and that allows you to check focus anywhere in your image. Perhaps not as good as the former focus tool, nor the previous way of drawing previews, but still of some help.

    Thanks Ralph (and Leonardo) for remembering me about the small focus orientation window. It was implemented in CO 4 first release but did not gain much attention (and I forgot).

    We are bored by PhaseOne comments, you always promise something, but months passes and we still have unanswered requests!

    We need a list of fixes and professional tools! We are not BETA testers!

    C1 4.5 is still a toy tool.

    Yes there is many unanswered request, there is a also a boat load of requests that has been answered. It is a very hard thing to decide what goes in and have to wait.
    What is the most important to you might not apply to the next person.

    In this case there is workaround since centre preview can be used as focus tool, so can the seperate viewer window.
