HELP! Lost IIQ files via accidental Mac OS10.4 trash

I don't have a clue how my session folder found it's way into the trash at the end of a two day architectural shoot, but it did. Then, while trying to open up enough disk space to complete the shoot, I dumped the trash. I immediately shut down, haven't used it since, and now I'm in search of the best recovery software. Any suggestions?

Get yourself a copy of Data Rescue here . It has saved myself once and friends a bunch of times. None better.
