This is not how it should work. Erratic behavior. The last 10 session opened should be listed both in the drop-down list as well as in the Open Recent list.

I suspect your default session file, Capture One.col50 in your Pictures/Capture One Library folder, is corrupt. This default session file maintains the list of recent session if I am correct.

My suggested course of action is
    - close Capture One
    - delete Capture One.col50
    - delete <user name>/Library/Application Support/Preferences/com.phaseone.captureone.plist
    - start Capture One; it will create new preference files and the Capture One.col50
    - open your sessions from the File>Open command and the recent list should start building up again

Note that on Lion and later the user's Library folder is hidden. Unhide in Finder > Shift+Cmd+G > ~/Library/Preferences > Go)

    Thanks Paul,

Made a support case and they had me do almost the same thing. Unfortunately, neither one worked. This is really a pain when jumping between sessions.

I just found that Capture One 6.4.4 is doing the same thing on my Macbook Pro.

6.4.3 on my desktop and 6.4.4 on my laptop. Both running Snow Leopard.

I'm having the same issue on 2 different computers. Anyone else have this problem?
