    Clean the batch queue history from the Batch tool, History tab, for a start.

    In addition to Paul's suggestion delete the following (locations are described in detail the KB link)

    1. Delete prefs (step 5)
    Try again, if it still will not work:
    2. Remove and rebuild the recipes (step 6 - With Capture One quit, remove contents of recipes folder)
