Canon 5DS images soft after output

Testing the Canon 5DS and am finding that the images look significantly softer after output – both as TIFFs and PSDs.
They look sharper in Capture One 9.2.1 and softer after opening in PhotoShop. Sharpening is not disabled in CO.
Anyone else have this result?
