C1 v8.2 UI bug with floating curve tool custom size

W8.1 x64

1)creating floating curve tool
2) changing its size to a big one (so it is "auto size"), while it is floating open, with a mouse
3) minimizing it with "collapse"
4) when un-collapsing - it does not show the whole previously increased custom size

need a fix

    ouch, I was never using floating tools before (never ever !) - but it seems the issue is with other tools as well - tried floating "Library" and once resized tool is collapsed, un collapsing it does not restore the prev size... instead it shows the tool cut at some size with the bottom part simply not visible 😭

    another bug there

    1) create a floating tool (curve)
    2) collapse it
    3) save the workspace (default) - so that the tool will stay when we open C1 next time
    4) exit C1
    5) start C1
    5) try to un collapse that floating tool - it does not open and stays collapsed...

    does anybody test UI at all in P1 ? this is not something exotic
