Add to catalog during export

Hello,
I'm a new user of capture one and in my workflow (from lightroom), I export my raw files to tiff in the same folder. In lightroom they are automatically added to the catalog so I can continue edits straight away or later through photoshop before making the final jpg export. How do I do this in capture one ?
Another thing I noticed is that the colour and star rating applied to the raw files are not recognized in acdsee... 🙄

  Look into the export-to-catalog option, but I think it is not there (yet).
  
  Regarding sync rating and tagging; can ACDsee read XMP side car files for this purpose? CO7 can sync your rating/tagging to XMP files. You need to enable full sync in Preferences if you want to have it work both ways.

  Thanks for the reply. Can't find export-to-catalog, I'm going to need it if I want to keep CO7.
  As for xmp sidecar files, I've got full sync option in the preferences, but no xmp files anywhere... that seems to be the main problem.
