Processing Cropped/Uncropped images
I am looking for a way to simultaneously process cropped and uncropped images within the same session from cropped RAW images. For example, I would like to process my images as Tiff uncropped, and as Jpegs cropped. The way I have done it before is to create a variant of the original selects and process Tiffs and Jpegs one at a time, but this is time consuming as I have to deal with reordering the stacked variants. Is there a way in the process recipe to dictate you want to process images with and without crops from a cropped RAW file? Or is there a simpler way I have just overlooked?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I've done something like this before by backing up my settings folder first, selecting all click the crop reset button, process your tiffs, exit CO, then restore the backup settings to get back to the cropped settings. This can be done for any type of change, even to save various backups as your own variants. You could use Undo instead, but too many changes or forgetting to undo in time could be a big headache. 0 -
To my knowledge there isn't any good way to do this. I asked for this feature a few months ago. To basically just have an option in the recipe to enable or disable the crop much like how sharpening is handled.
I would encourage you and others to submit a support case asking for this feature.

I have to do the same thing, what I have done is create two smart albums. One is titled Tiff and the other Jpeg. I then set the Tiff smart album to only pull things I color code as yellow, and Jpeg to only pull things color coded red. Now when I edit I have my un cropped image and then I use clone variant to create my cropped file. Color codding them accordingly. In my process tool I have two recipes, one for Tff and one for Jpeg. I open my Tiff smart album, choose my recipe, Ctrl A then Ctrl D, go back to my Jpeg smart album, choose the recipe, Ctrl A then Ctrl D. And there you go. 0
